RATES: $135 per night double occupancy, 2 night minimum; 4 night minimum for Spring Break, Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years. Add $25 per night per additional guest. Special rates apply for stays of one week or longer. Add 13% state and local hotel occupancy tax.
DEPOSIT: Casa Terlingua requires 1/2 of rental fee plus $200 fully refundable Security Deposit to hold your dates.
CLEANING FEE: $100 one time for stays 2-14 nights. Additional housekeeping available by request.
PETS: Casa Terlingua welcomes up to two pets for an addition $25 per pet per stay. Signed Pet Agreement is required.
BALANCE DUE: 72 hours in advance of arrival; 7 days for major holidays. Check out time noon, check in 3:00 pm. Key pick up at Terlingua Store on Highway 170 directions
